Inspired by a TRPG session, this board game-style animation brings a miniature battle to life. A boss mob opens its mouth as animated dice roll across the board — capturing a precise moment of tension and a fumbled roll. The project focuses on building a narrative through timing and stylized 3D staging.

A walk cycle of a baby griffin — chubby, dopey expression, yet proudly dragging a freshly hunted snake in its beak. It explores personality in motion — using bouncy timing and weighty shifts to breathe life into this odd little predator.
